You can permanently delete your Tofflo account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

How to delete your account

The easiest way is directly within the app:

1. Open the Tofflo app and sign in
2. Tap Account in the bottom navigation
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm when prompted

Your account is deleted immediately upon confirmation.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently delete:

• Your email address and account credentials
• Your National Insurance Number (stored encrypted)
• Your HMRC OAuth tokens
• All transactions (income and expenses)
• All quarterly submissions and submission history
• All receipt photos
• All property and business data
• Your subscription record

We do not retain any personal data after deletion. HMRC holds their own records of submissions you have made — we cannot delete data held by HMRC.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to access your account to delete it yourself, email us at [email protected] with the subject line Account deletion request and include the email address associated with your Tofflo account. We will delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.

Subscription cancellation

Deleting your account cancels your Tofflo Pro subscription. No further charges will be made. Refunds for unused subscription periods are not automatic — contact [email protected] if you believe you are owed a refund.
